Our Annual Meeting will be taking place on June 14, 2018 at 7 p.m. at the Repsol Centre in the Riverview room. As usual, practice will be cancelled that night.
A draft agenda has been prepared. If any member would like to make an addition to the agenda, we require that you send an email to president@cmsc.ab.ca at least 10 days prior to the meeting.
The following three positions on the Executive will be opening up:
- Treasurer
- Vice President/Registrar
- Communications Director
You can find out more about the roles here, however we encourage you to reach out to those currently in the job with any questions. Any member that would like to be considered for a position should complete a Nomination form and send it to communications@cmsc.ab.ca ahead of the meeting.
