The December Training Plan has been sent out with the practice times for December.
The pool closes early on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve so there is no swimming on either of those days.
This weekend on the Saturday the 5th the practice time is 12:00 until 1:30.
There will be some changes to practice times just before Christmas due to pool maintenance. We will keep you posted.
