Callie Stirling
Callie’s journey in the pool began with the Calgary Patriots as an age group swimmer, where she had the privilege of being coached by several of the same incredible coaches who now guide our Masters team. These early experiences instilled in her a deep love for swimming and set the foundation for a lifelong commitment to the sport. Today, she continues to contribute to the Patriots as an Assistant Swim Coach, where she finds immense joy and fulfillment in giving back to the sport that has shaped her life so much.
Outside the pool, she is pursuing a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, focusing on machine learning to advance our understanding of ACL injuries and bone health. In addition to her studies, she competes on the Professional Ironman Triathlon Circuit! Balancing rigorous training with academic research and coaching is a rewarding challenge that fuels her passion for both athletics and science. Yes, she is very busy, but that’s how she likes it!
You can find Callie coaching Wednesday morning and Monday & Friday mid-mornings!

Hi,
I’d like to start training in January 2016 for the Masters games being held in August 2016 in Vancouver. Since your Early Bird and Evening classes are full, can you recommend another option for coaching or group classes in Calgary? I currently have an annual membership at Talisman Centre.
Thanks very much,
Diane
