55+ Swim Meet – Zone 3

Check-in is at 9 a.m. in the North end of the building.

Warm-up begins at 9:30 a.m. and the swim meet begins at 9:45 a.m. The meet will last approximately two hours. Lunch is provided after the meet, at which time the qualifying swimmers for the 55+ provincials meet will be selected.

You can enter 4 individual events OR 2 prediction events.

Order of events:

• 50 m backstroke
• 100m free
• 100m breaststroke
• 50m fly
• 10 free prediction
• 100m backstroke
• 50m breaststroke
• 50m free
• 100m IM
• 200 free prediction

Age Groups are 5 years starting at 55-59, 60-64, etc to 85+. Please indicate what your age when registering. Your age is how old you are by Dec. 31st of this year.
